In operations round they will ask you about yourself you
should be positive in everything what ever you speak.Mainly
you needto start with the following points.
1)your self
2)education background
3)work experience
4)hobbies
They might ask you why I should hire you.Simply say your
skills and whatever the achievements you did with your
previous experience.In case if you don't have anything.Just
tell that your motto to do with company.Make this company to
be in no one position in this competitive world.
They might ask you how much you expect .
Show your confidence level in such a way that they pay you
more what you expect BUT never reveal your negatives.
