1. well this is a situational question that "underpay"ing
companies would be popping. i'm surprised u did it.
2. u can't hire me for under pay and no company would over
pay. its best v move on to salary fixation now.

Money counts a lot for someone else.But apart from money
there are also a lot of things which matter such as
culture, environment and reputation of the company.In this
regard I will go for that company which has all these
quality and money comes later.

May or May not left this company. Because only Money can't
do all things. It depends on many things. I always consider
Money as one aspect, but not a Major one. This is my
opinion.
