Does Windows Xp servicepack2 supports Quality center 9.2...?
i got a QC 9.2 trial version..i tried to install on my sys
but it says "HP QC 9.2 does not supported by Windows
Service Pack2" please help me in this regard..

I believe you are trying to install QC 9.2 enterprise edition.
Yes it doesn't support win xp.
so please try it on other windows versions(Win 2000, win 2003)
But if it is 9.0 trial one then it should install ...yes it
support xp .. i am using that one

Is there any option to colour code the Defect module in QC 9.2.What I want is different background colour should be available depending upon the defect age. the defect age can be divided into 5 intervals and different colour can be chosen for different intervals.
Trying to install Test Director 7.5 on my laptop which has windows vista home premium. The error message i am getting is IIS not installed. But IIS 7 is installed and working fine. I also installed IIS 6.0 Metabase Compatibility Layer in "Turn Windows Features on or off" in Vista. But still not successful. I installed TestDirector 7.6 on my PC which has windows media center edition. It was working fine in the begining. But now when I try to start it, I get the message, "cannot connect to databas. The data base version is older than 7.5, please update database". I am using MS Access as the database. Any help would be appreciated.
