Actually you are confused in the ratings:
A CT i.e. current transformer is used as an instrument
transformer to measure current.
And Similarly PT i.e. Potential Transformer is used for
voltage measurement.
The ratings specified by u are the nominal ratings of a big
building like Mall, IT park so the transformer is A
DISTRIBUTION X-MER which is used for meeting the load
requirements of that premise.
