suppose we have to produced 100 goods.
B can produce it in 10 days it means he produces 10 good
each day
A can produce same no of goods in 15 days it means he can
produce 100\15=6.67
if b works 4 a 8 days it means he produces 80 goods..
remainig 20 goods produce by A..
And he will take 20\6.67= 3 days..
so the answers is 3 days..

fraction of work by B in one day = W/10
work completed by B in 8 days = W/10 * 8
fraction of work remaining = W(1-8/10)=2/10=1/5
