Hi i am on OPT right Now.And i m workig in a company since 1 month. I am having the paystub and all the documents.I m willing to visit india for marriage on march. So would there be problem while entering US again. Is there Any new Rules in 2010 reagrding this.

My passport is valid for barely a month beyond my studies so what do I do? In my I-20 the date my studies in the US ends is 5th June,2011 but my passport expires 3rd July 2011. Do i need to do anything about this before going for my visa interview which is almost by the corner?

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..

hi all i had backlogs in my engineering i completed my 4rth year in 2006 but had to wait till 2007 Dec to clear 3 backlogs now i m planning to give my visa interview in march as i got admit from national university California in my memo as i m a grad from jntu Hyderabad it says i finished my eng in dec 2007 so when the visa officer sees my eng certificates she will ask me what were u doing all these days if she realizes that i should have completed my eng in 2006 then what should i answer and also i worked only for 6 months meanwhile
