we use 3 ff
because 8 mod has 3 bit we can find number of ff like this
2^n 8 mod 2^3 3= number of ff

s<2^n-1 where n is no of flipflops used.....so for mod6 we
6 stages that s is 6....so 2^n<7 where n is approximately
equals to 3....so we need to use three flipflops....

• The silicon of a new device has memory leak. When all "0" are written into RAM, it reads back all "0" whithout any problem. When all "1" are written, only 80% of memory cells are read back correctly. What can be possibly the problem with the RAM?
