If it is oil immersed & equipped with radiators than It may
cooled with forced air by introducing fans, If you want to
enhanced it's effeciency more than introduced Forced Oil by
using pump & circulating oil continously.

A 100MVA T/F MAY BE COOLED WITH FORCED LUBRICATION FORCED
COOLED. IT MEANS THAT COOLING OIL IS CIRCULATED WITH MOTOR
AND THIS AREA IS COOLED WITH FORCED COOLING FANS.
