Please Tell me the Real Process of a Company.
My company is very small & Developer explains me the
feature and I prepare the test cases according to he
explained .No one is there to review what I have written in
the test cases.Test cases are ok but still I have the
knowlege of real testing documents i.e which documents I
have to prepare What is the flow starting from requirement
gathering.Please tell me ,Thanks in advance .It will really
helpful to me

then our project manager will prepare test strategy.
then our project lead will prepare test plan ,
then sr.project members will give high level design and
revied by lead
then low level desig will done then execution or real
testing will done

Can any one please help me with this? I have application, for this no KT session or FS are provided, So now i have taken bottom-top approach, by writing the system testcase using the application. But my TL told me to write regression testcase. What i understood about regression testcase is that-For one scenrio or testcase multiple data, So testing the same scanario with different multiple data. Is this right or Wrong?
