its classifiying the material interms of their class
A class- constitutes around 70% of capital but 10% of total
qnt
B class- constitutes around 20% of capital but 20% of total
qnt
C class- constitutes around 10% of capital but 70% of
total qnt
the class having alarge percent of capital have alow
percent of total qnt
