hi mahi,what u have asked is entire CRM concept,it cannot
be explained overnight.firstly try to understand the
functional concept.search the google& the oracle-crm sites.

In order to learn siebel crm, first understand siebel & use
2. Siebel SDLC
3. Siebel Data flow
4. Siebel Architecture.
5. Siebel 6 modules( configration, scripting, workflows,
EAI & EIM)
I will sure that It will take around 2-3 month max, if you
really dedicated for siebel learning.

If u want Siebel CRM best faculty in
Hyderabad...Alphatronics is there in Dilsukhnagar and
faculty name is srinivas...and 27-12-2010 one fresh batch is
going ...if u want to learn siebel CRM ...
go to alphatronics.....
no other option is there .....

In hierarchial picklist if we select Country as "USA" then we get state & City Values constrained to USA. If we Select Country Other Than USA, We should get state ans city values Empty How do we do this For 1 reccord of Country we can do this using OnFieldUpdateSet Bc UserProperties but if we want to do this for 50 records how to do this
