Executive’ and ‘Manager’? Is it possible for you to change

If you have rights then definitely its possible to change
the responsibilty. The place you can change the
responsibilty is Administration User->Employees.

If you have multiple responsibilities, you will see the Union of the Views associated to the responsibilities

if your default responsibility is Account Executive at the
time of login. After you login, you can change your
responsibility by selecting tools ->user preference.
