the time is calculated based on the longitude.that is based
on the sunrise.sun rises earlier in calcutta than in mumbai,
the plane travelled towards west by 60+60=120 degree .for
each degree there is a diference of 4 minutes.
so, diff in timing 120*4=480 minutes i.e 480/60=8 hours diff
plane starts at 2.am and reaches at 12 pm(since 10 hrs but
it is at west).
while in eAST SIDE IT IS 4.00 AM (since decrement 12 pm by
8 hours )
answer is 4.00 AM
