Answer / mob

Water injection means a spray of water in misty form
through specially designed nozzles in the path of air to
the gas turbine compressor. The particles of water get
mixed with water and increase the overall mass flow of air
to the gas turbine compressor ultimately leading to higher
compression ratio. The overall load in MW terms is
relatively higher on account of higher exhaust gas flows.

i think the concept of governor is the answer i.e when load
is increased speed decreases and governor increases the
supply of water and vice versa.
