when you create prompt report studio create a separate query
for that prompt. in this query write the filter condition.
It will filter the prompt values in prompt.

Click that particular prompt and go to the Properties
pane , in that select the property Rows Per Page and set
the value that u want e.g. 5000,100000 etc.

how to add a new query item by using 2 query subject? For Ex: i want to create a revenue query item in products query subject(revenue=Quantity*Unitprice). Quantity is in products query subject & unit price in orders query subject it will be possible in report studio(perment/temporerally) otherwise u have create in Freamework Manager... pls any body knows explain /answer me ?

Hi Techies, Need your help for achieving this requirement. We have got a requirement to display a report in a page which should diplay max 20 rows but if a report is having totally 17 rows then in the 1st page it has to display 15 rows(divisible by 5) and the other two rows should appear in the next page. Similarly, If a report is having 23 records then in the first page it should display 20 (divisible by 5) and on other page it should display 3 rows. Please advice!
