I think paople are not born smart, they become smart only
after spending time in this world. Learning is a never
ending process. A man learns at each step of his life . He
learns from the society in which he lives, the kind of
people with who he spends his time affects his mentality
and the way of thinking. The type of education, the
surrounding, and his experience makes him smart. He smarten
himself by the way he conducts , he behaves ,and he
presents himself in front of others.

i think people are not smart when they born, when they get
a good name then they become smart, there surroundings and
educuation, culture behaves makes the people smart.

i personally reckon people are born smart, for example, a 2
year old baby watches you, lets say, put the shell of an
empty nut in the bin, an intelligent 2 year old baby would
do the same thing but a "NONE" intelligent baby would never
know what you just did, if anything, he might grab the
shell that still has the nuts in it and put it in the bin,
i personally reckon it has something to do with the gene of
the family and ofcourse the uprising environment of a
human, raised by himself, he is going to learn from things
he personally does, raised in a big family espically with
older brother or sisters, he will adapt with them more,
they both play a role but you can easily tell if a person
is born smart or was taught to become smart and this is
were you can easily tell the difference between
intelligence and knowledge.

NO MATTER IF PEROPLE SPEND TIME WITH A SUBJECT OR A ANY
