I am working for a small organization. there is no chance
for growth.so looking for a estable company where i can
enlarg my skills and which could offer me growth.
thats why i am looking for job change.

The Company where i was working was a very large company but has a limited scope for growth. Honestly i really enjoyed what i was doing but we had a routine work that never changed. So i am looking for working environment that has a lot of opportunities for growth & encourages employees to take on challenging projects where anyone can utilize more of their skills.

interviewer a bad impression o yours,So if you have no
satisfying answer then try to mold the lie that looks like
a truth.e.g :
My present company is going to relocate me to a large
distance(as from north india to south india) and due to
some weather problems i can not relocate there.and company
give me no option elsewise.So i want to relocate..
