Frame relay is a packet-switching tech.its very low
cost,whenever user want to send data that time only we can
use.its working on layer 2.

layer which is faster then l3 because it work on MAC
baces.in FR DLCI asign to every DTE as well as DCE.The LMI
protocol work at customer router throug provider router.

Frame Relay is packet swiching technolgy it send frame over
the network and main point of Frame relay it work on DLCI
Data link control Identifier and Router is DTE and frame
Relay IS DCE so whenever you defined Frame relay you must
cheak DTE and DCE.
