Hey! guys i wrote my gre twice, once i got 950 with awa 3
and other time 1050 with awa 3.5, wat do i answer if am
posed a question as why 2 attempts ? and why low scores in
both the attempts? i got i20 from 3 universities...

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhi friends ,i m rejected twice .reason for 2nd time i hae taken emergency date 2nd time. so is there any rule we have to not take emergengy once we had taken . and now i have to stand but vo told if u stand bfore 6 mont i will permanently reject u .

I got 3 rejection on NYIT for MS in COmputer science. I was working as a recruiter in reliance HR service Ltd & now i ll go in december but i have change my Uni as well as course this time i ll go 4 bridgeport & my course is MS in technology mgmt. so when visa officer ask me y u have change ur course that time how can i represent my work exp & my course MS in Tech Mgmt. Hi recently I have attend F1 visa interivew and I have been denied a visa In ground of fake employment ..... I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager. But Now this time I do have id card payslip offer letter .... will they verify my emplyment In the same day of interview..please help me I m very tensef

I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.
