We will get the option in format report. it has option in gerneral tab number of records per page.

(Right click on blank area of report)->format report->general

P.S:- I have used BI 4.1

Yes, we can do it. Go to View, Preview Sample, than select
for First 10 records and click ok, this for crystal reports.
By this we can get 10 records per page

1. Click on document properties , you will find an option page content in the left properties panel.

You have 2 options below that

Vertical record per page
Horizontal record per page , which could restrict the records in page.

In source system we have os - windows BO - 5.1.5. with webi 2.7.1 Repository database - oracle Reports database - Oracle and DB2 Nearly we have 1200 reports in present system , i want to move as it is to new hardware os- windows bo- 5.1.5 with webi2.7.1 repository - oracle reports - oracle and db2 let me know is there any migration techniques in same version. thanks in advance Usha
