I am nithi,I had Completed MBA with HR and Systems in 2006
Sept.my undergraduation is BSc Computer science.I have 1
year and 6 months of Exp in US Recruitment working only for
Oracle Requirements.Now i am Undergoing Oracle HRMS
Training from Oracle University.Its a 15 days course after
completing this course i will become a oracle certified
consultant.My question is,
1)how is the future of this course because i paid huge
amount to do this?
2)After completing the course can i mention i have 2 yrs of
exp in Oracle HRMS or i want to apply as a Oracle certified
consultant with MBA ?
3)what is the Starting salary minimum for oracle certified
consultant?

HI Nithi,
One thing i want to make you clear is when a company is
going to recruit for ERP specialists,99% of the cases the
companies will preffer the candidates experience in Oracle
apps and then they will consider your knoweledge rather
than your certifications.Based on thess things only
comanies are going to pay the salary.
For a consultant with 2+ years of experience is between 2
to 6 Lakhs PA.
And in the future you will find many penings in Oracle
HRMS,so you nedd not to be worry about the future.

I agree with fellow commenters, and more over for Oracle
HRMS, there is no certification for fuctional Consultants.
So, that means you will not become Oracle Certified
Consultant. Instead of that you will be facilitate as
Participated or attended Oracle course from University so
and so date.

Hi all, I posess and MBA degree with nearly 5yrs of exp in various areas of HRMS. out of which i have also worked as Oracle hrms support consultant for abt 8 months almost 3 yrs back. After which i had to quit my job due to personal reasons.
