In service based industry the only way to calculate the
quality of the product or project is traceability matrix.
In product base company they use spiral model to check
quality of the product.

Broadly we can measure quality of software using 3
dimensions, depending upon the aspect of system:
1) Economical dimension( manager and stakeholders perspective)
2) Social dimension ( user perspective)
3) Technical dimension ( developer perspective)

measured Via Technical processes ( tools , technical point
of view )
