Well, my aim is to become a successful Finance Mgr and
without imparting management education, without handling
projects, assignments, reports, presentations etc.,
I cannot go beyond what I want to be.
Moreover, industry visits/exposure is also the very
important tool to widen our theoratical aspects to

As the environment of organization-including economic,

becomes more complex, there is an increased demand for
managers with the necessary skills, understanding, courage,
and energy to tackle the difficult demands facing
organizations of all kinds. To be a successful manager, an
individual need skills in decision-making, financial
analysis, and interpersonal relationships. He also needs the

I have been in the construction company for almost 3 years
and Though the journey so far has been pretty good in
terms of me learning the professional behaviors and
shouldering responsibilities ,as I am dependable,
adaptable ,ambitious good observer and encouraging, so I do
feel I can take more and higher responsibilities in
corporate world In order to accomplish this goal, however,
I must deepen my knowledge of respective field. Despite my
experience, I still lack some important knowledge and
management skills, especially in finance, marketing and
entrepreneurship. An M.B.A. programme broadens outlook
and knowledge exposings us to varied people and subjects.
it also explores and build up new skills. This programme
will help me in realizing my long term goal of seting up a
series of low cost schools in rural areas as it prepares
us to do everything from writing a business plan to
acquiring venture capital.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY.
