HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... sir i got admission at us university in MBA health care managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not requite to that university. is this a problem at the us consulate. please give me suggestions.

I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..
