yrs of experience in testing because of my daughter i got
break during mar 2006 to dec 2007.now i joined in a small
s/w company as tester.and i am looking for MNc job.what are

Try to read more articles on Testing. Get the knowledge on
letest testing technoligies, techniques and ongoing
automation tools.
I don't know from which place you are. If you go to
Ameerpet-Hyderabad, that would be turning point for your
career. I will tell you what is logic behind this.
1. You can join in any of the Automation course
(Preferrable QTP 8.2/9.0/9.2 with the expertise faculty)
2. You can interact with a huge number of students
3. Make more number of friend as many as you can
4. Be contact with them everytime
5. Spend much time in Internet.
6. Read all interview questions
7. Try catch hold of a guy who is having real time
experience
8. Learn how they test the software/product (process,
procedure and method they follow)

Have a well grip on automation tools and also on test
director.
if u want to go for manual testing have a well grip on test
plan and on preparing test cases.
