1.spiral model is very high expenssive as compared with V-
model
2. we can get very good quality product by using V model
than Sprial
3. spiral model is used for very high risk based projects
like Army projects but V-model is used for all type of
projects
4. eventhough req. are not clear we can use V- model but
for spiral model req. should be very clear before start the
project itself

I am agree with the above answer but there are some complications in V model also like we can move back in V model if SRS goes change......
