Build : Build is a combination of source code or executable
code released for Testing..,
Buil COnfiguration : every new Build released from the
Developer to the Tester will uploaded in the Configuration
management tool.., from where each tester would download
the build for Testing...,

which is released from the development team.

All the source code of a product will be available in
CMVC(centrally located code).There is a tool which create a
build(installer) for the testing team.Testing team will test
the build and report some bug if there any and developer
will fix that bug and changes will be reflected in the next
build and the process will go on till there will be
consistent state is not coming in the product.
