Free Means, User can either enter value or select value
from LOv.
Constraint Means, User cannt enter their value, they should
select value from LOV

5th parametre in @prompt function

"Free":users can select the values from existing list of values or if users know,they can enter (or) type their own value in the box appeared above the lov's.it will not appear for the users,if u make it as constrained at universe level.
"Constrained":users should have to select from the list of values.at this time no box will be appeared for typing our own value.
