BPO business processing outsourcing ,top most IT company's
outsource their non-it project to Asian countries ,because
of cheaper availability of labour,an easy way to earn
profits ,Earlier manufacturing companies use to maintain
bpo,but these day every company has got its own outsourcing
field. and to join a BPO it requires good communication and
problem solving skills,more over i am interested and global
exposure is the another reason,i want to join BPO field.

In bpo we can earn as well aslearn at the same time.we will get to know alot of new things and different exposure to different people while handling customers by which we can gain knowledge and growth rate of bpo is increasing rapidly so if i get on with bpo my future will be colourful.
