Based on the bug severity and priority, than I will
approach. Ex: If found on bug severity High and Priority
High. Than I will discuss with my developers and my team
leader regarding the same, if it's Urgent on that
particular build our developer fix that bug. Before that
our PM he is discuss with client regarding the same and
Extend the build release date

I agree with Malli to some extend ; but if Bug is not a show
stopper , After discussion with Client , it can be release
as Known Defect.
