Today I recieve the IELTS results, and my overall band score is 5.5 . ( Listening 5, Reading 5.5 , Writing 5 , Speaking 5.5 ) , also i have cousin in Australia .. and my question is.. Can I apply for student visa ? Is it there any chance to get the student visa ?

marks. and fsc pre engeenering 46 percents marks.next i

my IELTS score is 6.0 bands overall, bt i m failing in my 12th economics exame, but the overall result in 12th is PASS...so, if i apply for student visa, will i'll be able 2 get it.

Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

According to Aust webpage, Washington Accords has accept india and Organisations holding provisional status now.Being an Indian Engineer required to fill the form of CDR- Competency demonstration report.I had passed in Dec 2003.And my college is Birla Vishvakarma mahavidyala-Sardar patel University;Gujarat which is belongs to AICTE, and well reputed in india.Should I have to fill the form of CDR? I would like to apply for PR under Skilled Migration Visa for Australia am I eligible or not. What's the required band score individually required for applicability. I got 6.5 overall Band Score in Ielts Exam. L-6.5, R-5.5, w-7, S-6.5. I had done B.E. Mechanical Engineering in 2006. Currently i am working as Industrial Engineer at a Limited Company. Please tell the complete procedure for PR application.
