Points calculation that I am doing : Age : 30 Points (My age : 28) Qualification : 15 Points (For BCA MCA) Experience : 5 Points (After deducting 2 years by ACS, I will get 5 points) Spouse Qualification : 5 Points(For her BCA MCA and 2 years of experience in IT) State Sponsorship : 5Points Ilets score : 0 Points (my score S-6.5 W-6, R-7, L-7) Total Points : 60 First, Kindly confirm If the point calculation procedure is correct. And Second,will I be able to apply with this score or it is mandatory to score 7 in each module of Ilets exam.

I have following bands in IELTS (Speaking: 7.5, listening:6.5,Reading:6.5, writing:5.5)... Overall Band Score is 6.5/9.0. Am I eligible to apply PR for Australia and my test score is gonna expire by 9th August'10. I have a concern that I scored only 5.5 in writing can I still apply for the PR.

According to Aust webpage, Washington Accords has accept india and Organisations holding provisional status now.Being an Indian Engineer required to fill the form of CDR- Competency demonstration report.I had passed in Dec 2003.And my college is Birla Vishvakarma mahavidyala-Sardar patel University;Gujarat which is belongs to AICTE, and well reputed in india.Should I have to fill the form of CDR?
