There are three types of asset books
1.corporate book
2.tax book
3.budget book.

corporate book is maintained by the organisation and
fallowed according the organisation rules.

Tax book is prepared for reporting to tax authorities.

BUdget book is optional.

can you explain aim methodology, what are the documents need to be prepare as functional consultant, explain about gap.
