My interview is few days away and am applying for a us
student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and
after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and
after that was helping my parents with there business till
2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which
was a four months course and in midway appeared for the
TOEFL exams. If the person asks what was I doing during the
free time, please help me out it is the matter of my career.

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also want to know will there be any chance for asking bank statement of company to which i worked??
My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? Dear friends my Visa got rejected twice for fall admission in a month, on 3rd june and 16th june, Can I apply again for the same Fall semester, Actually apoinments are not available and emergency slots are also not there for students rejected twice in last six months, what can I do, pls suggest??
