i have applied for oklahoma university based only on ielts score- 6.5 and i have not written gre, and i got i20. but im scared about visa interview. will they reject my visa because of this reson?

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my Masters in Software Engineering. 1. Why this University? 2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class? (I have enough account for the fist year only i.e. $25,000) 5. your bank book shows huge amount of money entered within a week...would you explain that? 6. What will you do after graduation? (I've a Business, with a Business license, and will continue my business...add if u have any answer) 7. Why Software Engineering? 8. Why this School (Colorado Technical University)?
if i am not given any ielts and toefel then is it possible to f1 visa for cpt mba . the college doesn't required any exam..so visa..........?

Hello This is rahul.I got accepted in saint clod state university for Masters in engineering management program and i got funding too.My total i20 amount would be 6000 dollars yearly as i got scholarships. I have a GRE score of 1210 and a TOEFL iBT score of 114. I had applied to just one University for the spring 2011 intake. I received an I 20 from the University. It is the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Whay are my chances of fairing in the interview. Would my scores be considered low??
