i failed in my graduation once in second year now i have wriiten gmat 700 and toefl 97 so waht poblem i can suffer while visa thing?is getting failed a big black mark?are there any hopes?

I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..

I have done my MBA (finance and marketing) in 2004 and have worked for 5 years. Now I want to apply for MBA program in USA.Please let me know if Visa officer at consultate puts me a question, why do you want to go for MBA again ? ( Having MBA in 2004 and 5 years experience)..Please suggest me with suitable answer.. hey im from sri lanka.. last wk i had my f1 visa intrvw for fall 2009.but its rejcted under the 214-b. i dnt knw whatz the exact reason. visa officer ws a lady. and 1st she askd 4 my acedemic levels, then abt my college. and finalay abt my sponsor...whn i gave her the answer abt sponsor she rejected me. actualy my 2 uncles badly want me to study very well. they are sponsering me and my parents and i have my own money also, college need only 50000$ for entire degree and i have more than that. can anybody pls tell me what to do. i wish to apply again

My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

F1 visa rejected as i want to do mba(usa) but ,already done master of commerce (india),how should i convince visa officer ? i got admission in this spring at usa university for mba ,i have completed my bachelor of commerce and mater of commerce in india ,visa officer asked me why i want to do master again then i said that master of commerce is different from mba ,he said he is not satisfied with my purpose of going to usa and denied visa .session in which i got admision is starting on 25 jan 2010 and next session is from 29 march whose i20 university people are ready for sending me .if i will apply for current session again the i will get inerview date about 4-5 feb .how should i convince hime next time in visa interview for doing masters again ? also please tell me should i apply immediately for new date or should wait for some time for 25 jan session ?or i should apply for visa for 29 march session?please tell e how can i get visa this time ?please help me soon,how should i convice visa officer next time ?and should i go for 25 jan session again or i should apply for 29 march session with new i20 .also please tell me should i apply immediately for new date of visa interview or should i should wait for how much time ?
