was IELTS NOT TOEFL..and my ielts scores are too low only 5
band and requirement is 6 or 6.5 so tell me what i do..can i

I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. Im Vishal..I did my undergrad at anna university, chennai (2005-2009).. My UG percentage is 63% and i had 12 backlogs which i cleared by the end of the 7th semester..My gre score is 1250 and toefl 103...I have also been given a tuition waiver of 6000usd which is mentioned on my i- 20..Will i face visa rejection due to my acads?Im sure i wont have issues regarding the finances...please care to give in your replies...got my interview this 3rd..thank you..
