If u select web test option in add-in manager, or if u
select GUI map for per test mode then RTSW is not available.
Correct me if i'm wrong:)

Rapid test script wizard will be available for only with
Global GUI map file concept. with GUI map file per test,and
for web tests it is not available. RTSW is used to learn
the objects present in the application not specific to any
kind of test
