QA: Its looking at improving the whole developement process
to make it run smoothly and effectively. QA is all about
process.
QC: is to check that certain levels of quality are observe
as a result of the improvement that have been made to the
process. QC is all about product

QC=>Activities done to ensure that product is inline with the requirement.Testing product,detecting the bugs & fixing the bugs come under this category.
