e.g. if the machinery value of 10000/-
and Depreciation charge @ 10%
then it value reduce first year @ rs. 1000

time and the sum of amount is deducted from the value of
asset... this amount is directly deducted from the profit
and its only a book entry and this depriciation amunt used
as a source of money..
