In the interview on asking about the number of backlogs i
have lied and the visa officer came to know that i have
lied and he has rejected my visa for the 1st time and now
if i go for the 2nd time plz tell me wht should i say that
for what reason i was rejected last time.

to be on safe side make the ans shortend but fLse
leading but not more specific
u can say tht interviewin officer wasnt satisfiend
with my current curriculam
dont mention tht backlogs
by this ans ur not lieing n not hiding we have to
speak like tht beacuse sometimes they do add
[erticular note if u r rejected bcz of tht
but i dont think for u case it was enterd n it
was done only on xtreme case

Sir,i am pooja.i had 15 backlogs during mca.but I finished all subjects with in the academic duration with 70%(by 3 rd year).am I eligible to write gre and toefel.if I get good score can I get admission in good unversity?are my backlogs impact on my admission or visa?plss suggest me.

Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me

Hi Everybody, I'm Vineel From Hyderabad.I've done my B.E. in ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990 and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in hyderabad. So i'm in dilema to continue and try this time for the Aug(fall) 2010 admissions or not. Pls give ur valuable suggestions or share ur experiences about how should i proceed. thnx in advance :)
I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?
