In the interview on asking about the number of backlogs i
have lied and the visa officer came to know that i have
lied and he has rejected my visa for the 1st time and now
if i go for the 2nd time plz tell me wht should i say that
for what reason i was rejected last time.

this is negative kind of question
to be on safe side make the ans shortend but fLse
leading but not more specific
u can say tht interviewin officer wasnt satisfiend
with my current curriculam
dont mention tht backlogs
by this ans ur not lieing n not hiding we have to
speak like tht beacuse sometimes they do add
[erticular note if u r rejected bcz of tht
but i dont think for u case it was enterd n it
was done only on xtreme case

I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY. Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me

1.why you select this university ?? 2.what is the california or (xyz) university ?? 3.how many university have u applied ?? 4.why you select this university ?? 5.what about other university ?? 6.what was your grad ?? 7.who is sponsoring you ?? 8.what is your financial background ?? 9.how will you survive over there ?? This 9 questions are important for any F1 visa.But 1 question is also important that is ask rarely 10.what is your GRE/GMAT score ?? OK Best of luck to all F1 students. Three years back my friend's brother had attended visa interview. Eventhough his all documents were perfect than they wat to be, VO didnt gave visa to him. He told that VOs just reject visa to get more money for visa office as it costs more than 100$ each time to register for interview. Again he applied with the same documents but he got visa....is it true....they just reject visa for the purpose he told........pls give me a genuine answer.....
HELP my visa interview was on 21st dec...n i got denied reason being that my siblings are there. hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months.
