Coceptually, Responsibility in Ora APPS is a group of
functions bunddled together and with or without any
concurrent request assigned to it. There is a frontend form
in APPS through which system administrator can create a
responsibility.
For any user ,in Ora Apps, to execute any level of
operation, it should have alleast one responsibility
attached to it.
Any responsibility can be shared among the users depending
on need and also it can be revoked from any user need based.

resposibilty window consists of MENU, DATA GROUP, AND
REQUEST GROUP.
MENU - menu is a hierarchical arrangement of functions and
menus of functions, Ex gl_super_user it consists of all
funtion and menu

Data group - helps in paring of appication and user
