write 3 main test cases for excel sheet?

Hi Friends,
1. click on start->programs-> Verify is there is Ms office.
2. Check Ms-Excel in that Ms Office.
3. Click on It,check whether is opening or not.
4. Check the window is blank excel sheet.
5. If close the window is it asking for saving the document
or not even though there is no data.
I think this simple way of writing test cases for excel
sheet.

this is simple test case for excel sheet-
1-click on start-program file-MS Office
2-check the in MS office that is excel sheet.
3-check on it opening or not
4-click on open the excel sheet
5-check the window blank sheet of excel sheet.
6-if you close the window asking"are you want save?or not
7-if you click yes ask where you want save give the
path.other wise cancel.
this is simple way of the write test case of excel sheet.

3.check that MS Excel is displayed
4.check that After clicking on MS Excel it gets opened or not
5.check that a blank excel sheet gets opened.
6.check that by default 3 wok sheets gets opened
7.Enter data and check that is editable or not
8.Check that user is able to save the sheet.
