my brother went for his visa interview, he had backlogs in
his B.E , but he cleared all . the consular asked how many
backlogs he has , my brother said the no of backlogs he
had. my brother tried to explain about that, but visa
officer didn't listen.
he plans to take interview again. if the consular asks about
backlogs, what he is supposed to answer?
can he take visa interview again ? general visa appointment
dates are not available. emergency appointments only available.
can someone tell how to get appointment date?

YES,U CAN APPLY FOR AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT. TELL YOUR
BROTHER NOT TO LIE BEFORE THE CONSULATE OFFICER ESPECIALLY
ABOUT ACADEMICS. IN THE FIRST INTERIEW IF UR BROTHER HAS
SAID THAT THERE ERE 10 BACKLOGS. TELL HIM TO SAY THE SAME
NO OF BACKLOGS THIS TIME TOOO. BCOZ IN THE FIRST INTERVIEW
THEY WIL FEED ALL OUR DETAILS IN THE DATA BASE.OK ALL THE

hey, no need to worry. u can make an emegency appointment
again. and tell ur brother not to lie with the officer tell
him to say the correct no of backlogs not the memos hich he
got. any how all the best 4 ur brother byee

its about the emergency date.. instead of emergency date go
for a normal date through a broker.u may find him in sites
like orkut in visa communities.he may charge abt 5000rs but
its worth to have a normal date.its gud to use emergency
date only for once.dont book for emergency date again if u
already booked an emergency date.if u did like that then u
should have a really valid reason.

dont worry.count ur bro backlogs and tell when consular
ask.the way he answered that way is wrong.yes he can take
date again.if u r not getting data then mail to the

hello me shavi..today was my interview regarding f1 visa for MS in IT....BUT i got rejection..The VO asked me..how many university have u applied to?? i said one that is concordia university wisconsin..den she said why u have not applied more than one univ.i replied...i attended a seminar that was organized by concordia univ in our city..where i submited all my documents,den they approved my addmisson nd gave me conformation letter,,,so den i didnot feel any need to apply for another univ....then VO asked......a long lec..nd in the end she said...u r not a serious student.....now tell me wt shud i do..if i apply again for interview nd wannna to apply in more than 2 univ..den wt costs i have to bear......i also have not given any TOEFL nd IELTS coz dese r not required for concordia univ...suggest me wt to do now if i apply again for interview...

hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009, and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect engg in csula. i: good morning sir. VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all. after having ma finger print he asked me which unv? i: CSU LA VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them? i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit vo: why nyit? ( being very loud) i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma objectives and i am interested in this research program they are offerring. vo: why nyit? ( being more louder) i: becoz i wnted to keep it as an option if in any case i was not admited in csula. vo: wat option? i am asking u why Nyit? i: becoz they are proving me a spz of microcomputers and digital systems. and also ma teachers and seniors reffered me this unv. vo: do u have ny relation in us? i: no blood relation but i do have some seniors there. vo: i am sorry cant grant u d visa. i am taking date after 15th august.is it possible people get visa's in 2nd attempt. where i lacked last time. and next time wat ll i possibly say dat y was i rejected last time. does ma first rejection ll affect ma 2nd interview. plz help me... i need ur answers

I will be going for my second interview with US embassy soon, which i know will be the last.I was not convinced the VO enough first time. what is the best answer to the question how did u know about your school my answer was Internet ,secondly, he asked, what other schools you applied to ? I mention another school in UK he was later asked what are the document you submitted to the school to got your admission letter ? I was nervous and mention Bank statement and Academic transcript alone and I was denied the chance. my question now is thus : Is there any records for my last answers ? I would have prefer changing the source i knew about the school if it wouldn't affect, Applied to other schools apart from US, whats the implication ?
