my brother went for his visa interview, he had backlogs in
his B.E , but he cleared all . the consular asked how many
backlogs he has , my brother said the no of backlogs he
had. my brother tried to explain about that, but visa
officer didn't listen.
he plans to take interview again. if the consular asks about
backlogs, what he is supposed to answer?
can he take visa interview again ? general visa appointment
dates are not available. emergency appointments only available.
can someone tell how to get appointment date?

Hiii, I'm giving my f1 visa interview on December 4th,but the question is I already did my MBA and going for MS in accounts so what would be the best answer for that? Please help me on this.
I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went 4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. I have done BBA & MEB (Master of E-business) now i ll try in december but this time i have change my uni as well as course This time i ll go for bridgeport uni and my course is MS in Technology mgt, so what would be my ans this time when they ask me why you have change your course? I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? As the income (which is currently Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle) cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?

I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.?
