my brother went for his visa interview, he had backlogs in
his B.E , but he cleared all . the consular asked how many
backlogs he has , my brother said the no of backlogs he
had. my brother tried to explain about that, but visa
officer didn't listen.
he plans to take interview again. if the consular asks about
backlogs, what he is supposed to answer?
can he take visa interview again ? general visa appointment
dates are not available. emergency appointments only available.
can someone tell how to get appointment date?

why is there large amount of money infusion ,as shown in the passbook?
Many students haven't returned back to their home country after they finished their degree in USA. How can I believe you will go back?
If one is rejected once does this affect his/ her second interview.are chances less in the 2nd one 2 get visa.

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.

I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager. Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. Dear sir/madam, iam desperately need your help by suggesting me how to afce the interview. i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my phd in csce dept. i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to our culture and tradition we have to get married in india so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case. i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only paid the bail. in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a husband so not necessary to worry. i also did not fill that i was married because we are not married acording to our tradition and culture. i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and apply and come again. now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am married (according to our tradition we are married in jan 2007). thanks, bharat.
I am B.Tech graduate having 56% of aggregate and 33 backlogs. IELTS- 6.5 and GRE- 295. What are the chances of getting visa? Suggest me a few universities, who can accept and issue I20.
