Boss.....as a well wisher i am advising (no not advising,
instructing )you not to ask any kind of questionss
pertaining to the Experience related in this kind of open
forum.....do it secretly...(no pain no gain)..

do not listen to all these HR people...(I gaurantee that
80% of the HR people have been appointed through Fake
certifications...)No one can refuse to my statement...

Regarding the HR..i will tell u one thing they are named
as "jackals" ...coz. they always have a cross mark 'X' at
the back of thier head...they do not undrstand the
company's reqirement...they have their target of selecting
of some odd number for the companys record to show...

No body understands the pain ...of not being in IT industry
for 4 long years...these pple earning up to 50-60 k per
month,,,never realize that they are already settled and its
time to help others..

You do watever you want ....go forward...be brave...

in the s/w industry are fake candidates.it includes HR's,

this fact all the people knows.
HR PEOPLE DONT KNOW THE REAL TALENT.
they recruit somebody who dont know anything.they should
not talk about fakers.
go ahead.but dont type in this forum. take help from ur

Answer / a.venu

I am disspointed the way HR people replied. He is asking
some help if you can please help him. But you people are
not having any right to say that for not to keep fake. Iam
working as a HR Executive i know how difficult to get a
job . Go ahead and keep fake .If you have that ability you
will survive. MY sincere suggestion to HR People is look
for who really need a job and who has good technical
expertise. In IT we will find number of new technologies
implemented everyday is it possible to get professionals
who has real experience in every new technologies. Thats
why fake people has great demand. Today in India 70% of
people in IT are fake. For examle SAP, ERP , Programming
languages e.t.c

Answer / techy

First of all, don't listen to these HRs. Just do what you want. Problem is, s/w companies don't hv any criteria for recruiting. A guy who didn't get a job as fresher, how is he supposed to get it later? If one is able to clear the interview even with fake exp then I don't see anything wrong. Everyone has the right to earn hs bread. So don't let these bloody and retarded HRs discourage you. Even the background verification happens randomly. So just remain careful. About background verification being done by 3rd parties, we all know how sincerely we indian work. So don't worry too much. Just be strong technical and go for it!

Hi. I had attended an interview with Polaris in the month of 24th April 2014. I got selected and a pay discussion too.. I had submitted all my documents to the HR person. But, I did not get any response after that. They did not respond to calls or mails or msgs. So, I heard of a walk-in drive happening on June 14th. I decided to walk-in to know about my candidature status. They told me that a candidature of an selected candidate who did not receive an offer letter, expires in a month's time. So, my candidature has expired and I will have to attend an interview again. But, HR personnel told me that they'll inform the interviewers that I'll be prioritised as I was already shortlisted. I attended the interview again and got shortlisted again. Again, they conducted a salary discussion and asked for my documents again. I submitted scanned copy of all the documents the same day by mail. Even this time I did not get any response from them. Its 15 days now and I have not got even a call or a mail stating any delay or assuring the offer letter.. I'm in a professional break for a year(for personal reasons), after working for 8 years. I'm doubting that, this could be the only reason they put on hold every time. Please help in finding me why am I not getting the offer?
