in our company we are not having any conformation
management tools so, how will we follow or manage the

is it conformation management tool but it is configuration
management tool?
If it is configuration management tool then if you are not
using such tool, it is a very tedious work and in some
organizations changes are managed on an excel sheet

When u will start writing test cases?who will intemate u ,to write test cases?if the requirements changes day by day what will u do allready written test cases?
In the team both developers as well as testers will be included na,if so then the same TL will assign the work for testers also or else TL will be different for testers?
