There is nothing called a bug release note. But there is
Relase Note. Release note is given along with a software
product which already is given to the client/in use. It
details on the new bug fixes made to the product after it
has been delivered. Usually written by a technical
write/tester/developer.

Bug Release notes contains all the bug which have been
closed and which are still open and there Severity and
priority so that we can judge the product Quality....
