For a particular requirement of a customer, there can be only one product (whether it works efficiently or not). Therefore where is the need for any so called models ? Call it what you may - all that is needed is a so called soft ware package that produces an output to satisfy customer requirement.

- This is very simple model. It moves like water fall from
top to down of SDLC. The drawback of this model is
ineffectiveness of verification and validation activities.
Another name of water fall model:-Linear Sequential Model.

In your company,does a different tester writes test cases & a different one executes them or a particular tester writes a set of test cases & executes them too?
hi friends... this is priya.i had 1 year of experiance in manual testing from jan-dec 2011 in a reputed level 5 MNC and my CTC is 3.25LPA . recently i cleared 2 rounds of technical and after 3days i will have hr interview in a CMMI level3 company... in hr interview they may ask about expected ctc.what i should answer for this question? i had more than a year gap, so what package i can expect? same CTC or some % of hike?
