(or)

Test Case Document could be reviewed by Test-Team Members
(i.e Team Member A reviews Team Member B Document &
Team Member B reviews Team Member A Document like that)

After preparing TC's first we do Peer review, after this we share this TC sheet to TL/Manager (make correction if suggested), finally if we are working on project then we have to share this with client/dev/architect to take final approval.
