To send our report to our peers(collegues), TL & sometimes
client also. But most of the time we wil send to our peers.

requirements are covered or checking is the test cases
reviews.
b) It is maximum company team lead or project manager
or quality people or
c) Some times client side testers also reviews possible

Test Case Document will be reviewed by Test-Lead
(or)

Test Case Document could be reviewed by Test-Team Members
(i.e Team Member A reviews Team Member B Document &
Team Member B reviews Team Member A Document like that)

After preparing TC's first we do Peer review, after this we share this TC sheet to TL/Manager (make correction if suggested), finally if we are working on project then we have to share this with client/dev/architect to take final approval.
