Both should be indirectly proposal
When throughput increases response times should be decrease. Otherwise there may be issue with application.
If throughput and response times were increasing gradually then there may be a problem with network

Can we do Context Parametrization in VUGen script of load Runner. I mean to say like .. i have recorded an set of steps in one environment and i want to run the same script in another environment too.
